This week I read the Newsletter for the Municipality of Yarmouth and noticed their Municipal Bursary Program. I got me to thinking, when I was in school I did not hear about Bursaries or Scholarships until graduation!I’m not really blaming anyone, but if I had known there was money available and that if I got good grades some of it may have been mine, I’d been more apt to study harder, and possibly have attended a University when I graduated.So, to help others, I wanted to do this article on available Bursary Programs

We want you to join us in thanking Lynn Hemeon, The Groveroader, who has done a great job in finding and promoting Yarmouth Bands. Lynn has spent his own time, hundreds of hours, building a great Yarmouth Bands Site and also a great Yarmouth Bands Pod Casting Channel.
Lynn has done a beautiful job of showcasing new groups and artists as well as paying tribute to those who are no longer with us.
Now, thanks to Lynn’s hard work, dedication, and willingness to share the results with us, we will be broadcasting the music of our local bands!
